Giving Opportunities

Matching Gifts – Many companies offer matching gift programs to encourage employees to give to their favorite charity in addition to matching funds for an employee’s volunteer hours. Check with your employer to find out how you can participate in a Matching Gift program through work.

Name a Puppy Honor Someone Special – Be the first to name a new, adorable Power Paws Puppy! Naming rights are in the amount of $1,000 per puppy and some restrictions may apply. Contact Robyn to begin the naming process (480)970-1322.

Pet Memorial – Celebrating the Life of a Special Friend Power Paw’s Pet Memorial program helps people with the loss of a beloved pet or working assistance dog by honoring the life of their friend and/or partner. When you make a donation in memory of a dog, your recipient will receive a personalized card that announces your gift to Power Paws. Proceeds are used to support the overall care and well-being of Power Paws puppies through enhancing veterinary care and purchasing additional equipment to compliment the dog training experience. Planned Gifts – Planned Gifts often provide tax benefits and some return on income to the donor and include gifts left in your will, charitable gift annuities, gifts of life insurance and charitable trusts. Consult your attorney for more information about planned giving.

Power Paws’ Women – The Power Paws’ Women’s group was created to support the work of Power Paws Assistance Dogs by sharing our passion for the human/canine connection, raising awareness and funding to expand Power Paws service dogs training program enabling more people with disabilities to benefit from having access to Power Paws assistance dogs. Minimum giving level: starting at $100 annual contribution

Society Gifts – Society gifts are philanthropic gifts starting at $1,000+ annually. Society Gift members receive benefits that include special briefings with experts in the field of animal behavior, regular communication throughout the year, acknowledgment in all newsletters and invitations to Major Gift receptions. Special recognition is given on a designated wall in the Power Paws training facility for a Society Gift. Independence Society ($10,000+ annual gift) Loyalty Society ($5,000 – $9,999 annual gift) President’s Society ($1,000 – $4,999 annual gift)

Sponsorships – We appreciate our sponsors who help underwrite the costs of events while receiving prominent recognition. Benefits may include: on-stage recognition and introduction day of event, Product/Information Table, large logo on invitations, webpage, event signage and program.
